95asia Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 95asia website, mobile application, and all services accessed through the domain 95asia.run.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers, logs in, or uses the Platform's services.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal profile registered within the Platform system.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the user in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or accepted digital currency.
• "Bonus" refers to credits or free funds credited to a user's account based on specific conditions.
• "Wagering" refers to the total wagering amount that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "We" / "Us" refers to the management and administration of the 95asia Platform.

All section headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms.

2 User Eligibility

Use of the 95asia Platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria simultaneously:

• Aged 21 years or above at the date of account registration.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is completely prohibited by local law.
• Has not previously been subject to restrictions or bans from any gambling platform due to fraud or misuse.
• Registering in a personal capacity, not as a representative of a company or business entity.

We reserve the right to request identity document verification at any time. Users are required to provide a copy of their identity card (MyKad) or relevant documents upon request for age and identity verification purposes.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 95asia Platform. Registration of more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, users are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including full name, mobile phone number, active email address and a valid payment method. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.

• Your username and password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party.
• All activity that takes place under your account is your sole responsibility.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately via live chat.
• Use of a false name, fabricated information or falsified documents may result in immediate account closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

95asia supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All transactions are protected by the security systems we have in place.

Payment methods accepted by the Platform include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal timeframe: Between 5 and 30 minutes after the request is approved.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered under the same user's name.
• Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to request additional verification for transactions that exceed certain thresholds. This is part of our standard compliance procedures, which we carry out to protect all parties involved.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

95asia offers various types of promotions from time to time. All bonuses offered are subject to wagering requirements and specific conditions stated alongside each offer.

The 95asia Welcome Bonus gives you 200% of your first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM500. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM200, bringing your account balance to RM300. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value. In this case, you must place bets totalling RM200 × 15 = RM3,000 before those bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered according to the specified ratio.
• Each user is eligible for the Welcome Bonus once only throughout the lifetime of their account.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies deemed fraudulent, may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The 95asia VIP Programme offers four membership tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — each providing different weekly cashback rates. Bronze members are eligible for cashback of up to 0.2% per week, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, and Platinum members are eligible for cashback of up to 0.8% per week. VIP tier upgrades depend on the user's level of activity and loyalty on the platform.

6 Platform Use and User Conduct

By using the 95asia Platform, you agree to comply with all rules set out and to not engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any system to manipulate games or bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game mode.
• Exploiting technical loopholes or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a 95asia account for any money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions.
• Transferring or selling an account to another party in any form.
• Spreading false information or deceiving other users on the platform.

7 Responsible Gambling

95asia is committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should remain purely an entertainment activity. If gambling begins to have a negative impact on your personal life, finances or relationships, we encourage you to seek help.

8 Account Closure and Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Before an account closure is processed, all active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or cancelled first.

We reserve the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if:

• There is strong evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or system manipulation.
• The user is found to have violated any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or inaccurate.
• The account is found to be linked to another account that was previously closed due to a terms violation.

9 Limitation of Liability

The 95asia platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from technical disruptions, errors or unavoidable downtime.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of a user's betting or gaming decisions.
• Disruptions or loss of access to the platform caused by technical factors beyond our control.
• Damage, viruses or security threats that occur as a result of a user's use of an insecure device or network.
• Losses arising from login credentials that are shared or compromised by the user themselves.

Users are solely responsible for the gambling decisions they make and bear all associated financial risks.

10 Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

95asia reserves the right to change, add to or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated to users via the platform or registered email.

Continued use of the platform after any amended terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you may close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable legal principles of the jurisdiction under which 95asia operates under international licensing. Any disputes arising in connection with this document will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by the relevant licensing authority.
